    Default AKO Login

    Every time I try to login to my AKO account I get this error. So any one know how can i fix this? It does this on my 2 computers.

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, admin@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Do you have both TLS and SSL security enabled? This is often the problem when you cannot log in.

    Make sure you are using IE, and not Fire Fox. Go into tools, internet options, advanced tab, make sure SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 are selected. All the other SSL's and TLS's need to be unchecked. There's also some stuff about clearing out your browsing history, cookies, etc.

    If all else fails just call the help desk. They'll get you 100% squared away.

    also, go to www.militarycac.com and install the DOD certificates on your computer. that is paramount for accessing AKO.
