Does the Army offer financial advisor? Are they a free service or do you still pay for them? Just asking because me and my fiancee have a combined total of around 22k in student loans and I would like to start paying those back asap and I'm not the best when it comes to finances. Thanks!

The ACS center on the installation has a financial section to help with your issues. Yes, its free. Also, some banks/credit unions like USAA can help you with budgeting and investment plans. Here is a website link to provide an example.

Chief nailed it. ACS would be your best bet.
