    Default dont ask dont tell

i have not really looked up the sources myself, but there seems to be talk that Obama would like to make it possible for homosexuals to "openly serve" and to throw out the old "don't ask, don't tell" policy. personally i think this would cause a lot more negative media for the military and put the lives of those who choose to be "open" in jepordy. for example "openly gay soldier shot an killed because homophobic team mates failure to take action" it could be a situation that might have involved the same outcome but because of the soldier being gay would cause a different kind of attention with the media. what good does this do and should they or should they not allow it?

to anyone offended i appolagize, it was not my aim to do so.

Actually daddytattooed, statistics show that there has not been negative or at least too much negative response to other Armie's of other countries similar to ours allowing homosexuals to enter the military openly. Just like now in the US, other people in other countries felt that allowing homosexuals would be more negative than positive, but after it went into effect, there wasnt much of a change.

working in an office building i have heard a lot of claims of unfair treatment due to a persons sexual prefrence, and yes people work here that have had complete sexchanges and brag about it publicly, do you think we can expect the same should the military allow open service? or as a soldier do you think they would simply maintain professional
