Thread: ACU Question

I am in the South Carolina Army National Guard. I am attending the Coca Cola 600 (nascar race) this weekend. Since it is memorial day weekend the track is having a huge celebration for the military (1500 ft. brag soldiers parade on the front stretch, mission tactics w/ air assualt, etc.). would it be ok to wear my ACU's to the race, since it is memorial day, there will be a couple thousand other soldiers in the track, etc.? also, if I was to have a scanner on while in uniform would I be breaking army regs? thanks.
