Thread: Can I ets while overweight?

Default Can I ets while overweight?

Wondering if anyone know if a unit can hold a soldier past their ets date for being overweight? Obviously, it's my situation. I have no article 15's, never been late for or missed any formations, never lost any rank or had anything negative against me. My unit is just threatening to do it, so I was curious is they could. I wasn't able to find anything about it in regs so any help would be appreciated.

Negative. If anything, you could get discharge involuntary/early for being overweight and not getting into compliance.

There was a short time where I was getting close to being overweight & I still et.

    Lame joke.
