Good on the training. Do your push-ups & sit-ups daily & run 2 miles every other day. Once you get up to speed in your run times then throw a 5 miler in once a week. On non - running days continue with alternate cardio excercises. Swimming, biking, & long hikes are always good as well as weight work.

Yeah I've been trying to follow the Army Training guide book they give you at MEPS after swearing it. It has the same basic program as NightFlyers without the Weightlifting.
