    Default Hello!

Hi ya'll! My name is Crystalyn and I am interested in joining the army. I have been married to a wonderful man for six years and we have an adorable four year old daughter.
My husband served four years in the army (active duty) then reenlisted for the TN NG (Home sweet home)
I am currently a full time student and will graduate in May, finally! My major is Radiologic Technology which translates to 68p pretty well.
I am heading in to talk to a recruiter in the next week or so, hoping to hear some promising news about the ACASP program. For now, I am off to search the forum!

Welcome to the forum Crystalyn, hope you enjoy the forums. Congrats on a great career choice and lets hope you get a 68p slot... I would line up acceptable options b, c, d, e and so on which I presume are based on on your medical education... so 68 series would be where its at for you MOS wise but google "US ARMY MOS LIST" and see if theres anything else also just in case your plan A, 68p is not available. That said, if you are prepared to wait, then maybe its a good idea given your education and career path. What ever way you go, its never too early to start training, I would PT every second day, warming up good to ensure theres no silly injuries which we all get... lol.. Theres plenty of good posts and info on this forum on the topic but shoot with any questions and specifics you may have...

    Best Regards
