    Hey. My name is Frank and I'm from North Carolina, Currently living in baltimore. My dad earned a purple heart in vietnam and has alway been my primary influence to join. Right now Im just working on height and weight. I'll probably ask the spedific questions I have on the Joining Page.

    Welcome to the site Frank and congrats on a great career choice!.. Not sure how you can work on your height??... lol.. but if you are still a teenager, you may squeeze and inch or two more... weight is something to work on for sure, so good PT starts with a good warmup, run incrementally to 2 miles in 14 or so minutes and remember that if you are unfit, dont start with that, do short runs, 2 mins running, 2 minutes walking on a mile distance, and when you can run the mile, extend it onwards. I would work on core body strength also, sit ups, pressups and the likes... I would also practice the ASVAB test also.. remember that the higher you score in the aptitude exam, the more MOS's are open to you...
