just talked to recruiter today and said i was waiver eligable even with having dependants. said as long as my dui were not in last three years iam all good..

Well since every post on these forums in the last month about waivers has said there is no moral waivers be accepted because of high numbers of people wanting to enlist that have managed to live their lives without being complete idiots, i call BS on you getting accepted. Even if you do think your god's gift to the US Army.
ya and aint no one on here a active recruiter so i doubt they know what there talkn about including you so thank you for your reply and input

really!!! cause i just got off the f n phone wit the recuiter so.. maybe in your part the world they not accepting dumb shits but apperantly here thay are.. an not one person on this web site has any good advice untill i see it in writing i dont belive squat

^^^ Well if you told your Recruiter the "truth" of everything you posted here, he wouldnt waste his time on you. Anyway a message was sent to the Recruiting BN responsible for your enlistment, so if what you are saying today is true, they will be looking extra hard at you and whatever Recruiter is wasting time on you.
Unless you were trying to be some kind of DUI/ MSD/ Traffic violation hero here you are DQ'd it's just that simple.
My time on the bag wasnt that long ago and MPClk is a current Recruiter.

As far as "seeing it in writing" read the Recruiting Bible on my Joining the Army thread, also in your other threads I posted the paragraph #'s for ref.
