    I found this, what seems to be ongoing, series of videos from Ft. Benning called Basic Training: The Making of a Soldier. There always seem to be people asking what BCT is like, myself included, so I thought I'd share.

    Very nice but basic sure seems nice to me. I just remember always being "nuts to butts" and keeping my mouth shut. These guys are having fun lol

    That's the unit I went through basic with. It was great to have a fb page, it helped my husband feel connected when we could only talk 45 mins a week! There are tons of pics from training (oh, and there are a few videos as well- mostly of the gas chamber!)

    Different approach Chief... and an edited one... lol... I dont think BCT even with the huggy bear approach to training these days is all fun every day... LOL... couple of those drills look like they need their daily shoot of aggression... and nothing like a couple of newbies to feed the habit... LOL... well, on my own training, it was head down, ears open and mouth shut... likes yours, it was a little different to that also... but hey many roads to the same Inn.. right?..
