Top, the coffee's on..I got the word last Night that NJ first responders are at it again. It seems we're getting hit with a 21- to 25' of the snow, wind and ice on top of the 20' or more of snow we got saturday morning. Snow=work for us on a large scale. Spring Break-S C / FT Lauderdale / keys really looks good.
Im trying to figure out what I prefer more. Sand Surfing or Snow boarding.lol.

The base is so large it has its own 'neighborhoods'. These include: 'KBR-land' (a Halliburton subsidiary company); 'CJSOTF' which is home to ' the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force' and is surrounded by especially high walls that is, according to The Washington Post, so secretive that even the base Army public affairs chief has never been inside.
I guess I won't whine about the winter storm we have moving in, it's only 6-9 inches on top of the foot or so we have on the ground from a few days ago.
What do they do with that much snow in the cities? truck it out?
Good morning...headed out to teach classes to new Army families.
We have snow but nothing like the East and people are freaking out. Really it's not that bad, an inch or two. But still, it's ridiculous.
I get tired of having to get my kids early bc it "might" snow. And the post is on 2 hour delay unless you are in a critical position or attending school. My husband still has to be at school at 0420...ridiculous but I'd rather it be that way so he can graduate when he is supposed to so we can go on with our lives, haha.
Anyway...you know me, nothing alcoholic, maybe a nice mug of hot chocolate...I'll bring the marshmallows since that's what I'm making this afternoon!

We eat it (except if it's yellow).
After a fairly snow free winter (for Wisconsin that is) we're expecting up to 20". We have about a half a foot on the ground since about 0300 with the heavy stuff starting to fall now. It's expected to taper off by tomorrow AM.
Send that storm back over here to MN.

Hot chocolate sounds really good. The storm has hit. Right now the roads are ok, but it'll be bad in the morning. I have to open. whimper
