Here's the beer I promissed you. Oh, thats right you cant drink over there. We'll make it a Rootbeer or whatever else you want.
Today was a very slow unproductive day for me. Thats right every day for me is unproductive however today takes the cake. Managed to crash my laptop with the blue screen of death. Second time for that in a week so I am afraid that it will soon be a loss. That means I have to get used to walking up and down stairs with my cane to my office. That sucks.

The city residents take care of themselves when it comes to walks and parking spots. The city plows makes a pass and the citizens pile it up between their parking spots.lol. Out here it's rural, my neighbors are 1/4 mile away. We're loaded with parks with winding roads thru plenty of woods and forrest. The state of NJ announced all state agencies to assist local governments. The assistance includes deploying Army National Guard soldiers and emergency EMT response along with first responders teams to be on alert.
It's the first time ever that the state of NJ received two back to back 24' snow storms within a five day stretch..It's going to take alot of man power. We're all off from school, work and we're all ready to report at anytime. At this point we're waiting for the word tomorrow. The word is sometime before 0800 hrs tomorrow tru 1900 hrs thursday evening. A total of 48' of snow in a short time is so freaking dangerous to all citizens of NJ.. Especially, southeastern PA and central jersey and the New York city areas.
We're providing a cover area and we set up an area for the people who still don't have any power from last weeks storm. The federal Govn't's been closed in DC because of last weeks storms. We're in a blizzard winter storm warning watch with eight counties already declared with more to follow declaring a state of emergencies. The snow's beginning to fall now and it's going to be intense thru the next 24 hrs.
We're tasked with helping motorist and people who are stranded. We're tasked with patroling the states roads to make sure nobody's stuck and we're tasked with moving people to a safer locations along with keeping seniors safe. We're task with making sure hospitals are plowed and operating. We're task with plowing the parking lots and entrance of FT Dix and other federal gov't installations are secrued and operational and we're task with keep the county airports and Liberty International Airport and the metro rail systems secured and buttoned up. We're up to the challenge. I'm ready to repel from a black hawk into a frozen river to save a civie simple stupid and their pet doggs. It's my unit HHC 1st BN -we've done it before. We do the job..

The base is so large it has its own 'neighborhoods'. These include: 'KBR-land' (a Halliburton subsidiary company); 'CJSOTF' which is home to ' the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force' and is surrounded by especially high walls that is, according to The Washington Post, so secretive that even the base Army public affairs chief has never been inside.
