PM System Update...
The PM (Private Message) system should be updated, or upgraded. The message box that appears when you get a message is very annoying, plus it's easy to forget you got a message. A smaller version of the inbox should be displayed in the top rightcorner of the screen.
I am not the worlds greatest Web programmer, so I don't know how you could do this... But, it would be helpful!

You can turn on a pop up message that notifies you of new PMs. Not exactly what you have in mind, but it is a little more obvious than the Notifications drop down.
Im sorry that you are not qualified enough to work a simple website....hahahaha
Wouldn't want you to break a sweat or anything having to move the mouse an extra six inches to scroll over it. Whew tough work there...
hey kids now days want everything handed to them, why should the inbox be any different hahahaha
